and click on Forgot your password? There you will be asked to
provide your registered Nickname and Email Address. You will then be
sent an email that contains a temporary password. All passwords are
case sensitive. After you login, you may change your
password from MY ACCOUNT > Personal Information. Whilst we discourage this practice, you may change
your Username at any time by contacting us. Changing your username is highly discouraged as it is
how others come to recognize you. Continuously changing your username
may lead other members to believe that you have something to hide.
You should choose a username that will suit you for the long term.

You
can easily learn more about the seller by browsing through their
feedback profile. This is an excellent way to find out about a seller's
trading habits and prior dealings. You may also visit a
seller's "About Me" page to see what information they provide about
themselves. |
|
|
Please be patient
as the seller may have encountered a personal emergency or has been
unable to respond to his/her email. If you are unable to contact the
seller within a reasonable amount of time, we encourage you to leave
appropriate feedback to warn other members. In certain circumstances you can contact us to obtain your trading
partner's phone number. This is done is exceptional circumstances only.

Although
we strongly encourage buyers and sellers to follow through with their
business obligations, we cannot force anyone to complete a
transaction if they choose not to. If this situation does occur, members
are encouraged to take action by leaving suitable feedback for the
seller to warn others. Firstly, you will need to register for a free account. The the next step is to open a store of your choice, either a limited free store, or a featured store. YourShops does not charge any listing fees. Our revenue is derived from Final Value Fees (Success Fee) and from enhancements to promote listings. For a full list of our Fees please visit Site Fees page. |

Firstly you must be a registered member. Once you have registered simply
login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to
do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a
more specific category further into the listing process. You can then
enter in your chosen settings and item description |
You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting the "selling" page. Sellers that wish to list
alcohol or wine on YourShops must have a license to sell these types of
items. Sellers must place the
number of their license, to sell alcohol or wine, in the item listing. Alcohol and wine may only
be traded domestically, within Australia.
Various States have
different laws and guidelines regarding the legality of trading wine and
alcohol. Make sure you know your State's laws and if (and where) you
are allowed to post alcohol and wine. You should research the liquor
laws for all of Australia's States that may be
involved in your transaction. When
alcohol is posted to a buyer, you must obtain the signature of an adult
(person over 18 years of age). Many States have very specific laws based upon the quantity and
type of alcohol being posted. Sellers should describe
the signature and postage requirements for fulfilling the transaction
when listing alcoholic items. Many States require that carriers have licenses to transport alcohol. Your carrier must
be capable of obtaining the requisite signature.
